Operational Start-Up
HTI provides a multitude of services in the
start-up of the program including: coordinating with the local
architect and contractor during construction; procuring, delivery
and installation of all equipment and furnishings; coordinating
facility start-up activities; implementing business systems;
ensuring all staff and operating systems are in place; coordinating
with all other hospital departments, coordinating opening marketing
activities etc. Essentially, HTI oversees the implementation
of all clinical and business systems to ensure the project meets
opening deadlines, operates smoothly and efficiently, and is
fully operational.
On-going Management Services
HTI is available
as a long-term partner in the day to day management of the overall
cancer program once it is developed. Cancer program management
includes overseeing: marketing and business functions; day-to-day
operations; human resources management; clinical functions; and,
technology evolution.
